Bland Meals are soft, low in fiber, not spicy and cooked rather than in the raw state, avoiding fried and fatty foods, strong cheeses, mustards & spices, heavy acidic, and fiber rich grains.

Nearly, 40% of all adult Americans suffer from at least one bout of heartburn each month, a condition forming in the stomach which backs up into your lower chest area.

Excessive spicy, acidic, and heavy seasoned foods can cause ulcers, colitis, heartburn, and other stomach ailments due to improper balance of acids and bacteria.

Fortunately, our body can assist those with stomach ailments and proper digestion by eating meals soft in composition and light in spices and rich flavors. Carbohydrates = 45 grams average per meal Sugar = <10 grams average per meal Dietary Fiber = 15 grams average per meal Sodium = <500 mg average per meal

A Complete Meal

We focus on using fresh whole plant-based foods following a holistic approach common to the Mediterranean diet. Some of our meals permit non-GMO fish and shellfish, lean poultry, along with organic eggs and non-dairy product. We do not use red and other white meats, game, and fowl in our cookery. There is a minimal use of saturated fats, sugar, sodium and plenty of high fiber foods with a moderate caloric value as our preference to satisfy your dietary needs and culinary wishes. Principles from the Cornell University Center for Nutritional Studies are followed to transform a healthy body, mind and spirit.
