Lactose intolerance is a discomfort in the gut affecting nearly 3,000,000 annually the USA. The cause of lactose intolerance in the small intestine is rejection of lactose sugars by an enzyme called lactase, which rejects absorption of these sugars found in dairy products, milk, butter and ice cream.

The walls of the small intestine cannot absorb the dairy product nutrients, thus forcing a mass of water and float in the gut. The results maybe severe upset stomach, diarrhea, bloating, gas, or cramps after eating or drinking the dairy product. There is no test detection for lactose intolerance.

Fortunately, our body can fight lactose intolerance simply by preparing and ingesting foods free of the lactose sugars. It has been scientifically determined that foods full in nutritional value and lactose free can be beneficial in helping to manage proper nutrient absorption and a healthy digestive system.

(low saturated animal fats)

Carbohydrates = 45 grams average per meal
Dietary Fiber = 15 grams average per meal
Sugars = <10 grams average per meal

Cholesterol = <100 grams per meal

There is a minimal use of saturated fats, sugar, sodium and plenty of high fiber foods with a moderate caloric value as our preference to satisfy your dietary needs and culinary wishes.
